About Ms. Kelly

Ms. Kelly is a musician, music educator, and songwriter who loves to share the gift of music with everyone she encounters. She has served as a music educator in the Fulton County School District for 23 years and was named the 2015-2016 "TEACHER OF THE YEAR" at Parklane Elementary School. Ms. Kelly has also served in various music ministry capacities of over 35 years including minister of music, pianist/keyboardist, teacher, and songwriter for church choirs, community group/choirs, called to Worship, the Auburn University Gospel Choir, and the University of Georgia's African American Choral Ensemble. She's been a clinician and teacher for various choral clinics, trainings, and gospel music workshops.

She has also been a private piano instructor and served in the New Birth Worship and Arts Department in the Mass Choir, Hand Bell Ensemble, and as the Children's Choirs Assistant Director and Keyboardist. She is also the director of the "Babcock Young Voices of Unity", "The Chorale", and the "Mass Choir" at Big Bethel AME. In addition, she also serves on the music staff of the Atlanta Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America. Ms. Kelly received her Bachelor's Degree in Music from Auburn University and her Master's degree in music education with a Music Therapy Concentration, from University of Georgia. Ms.Kelly has written over 50 children and Gospel Songs and is the Author of 3 book- "Erica's Hair is Everywhere", "Show Some Love", and "Christine G. is a Christmas Tree."
